Development Summary

Overview

The Pine Glades Development is a residential development of townhomes on Snow King Mountain accessed by Cache Drive. It has an interesting access because the developer built a tunnel to get up to the development to minimize impact.

Currently there are two 2-bedroom Affordable condominiums known as the  Spruce Condominiums. One is Category 1 and one is Category 2. The developer is still obligated to build three Affordable townhomes. All will be 3-bedroom, and one of each Categories 1, 2, and 3. Four townhomes will be employment-based. Construction is expected to begin late summer of 2013.

Year Built

The condos were originally a single family residence that was built in  1979. It was remodeled and converted to the two condominiums in 2010.
